Great Joanna great person

Had my first appointment for my annual physical with Joanna Robertson today and I am very happy to have found her! I decided to leave my current provider due to it feeling too much like a big business and difficulty getting appointments in a timely manner. With Joanna’s office, everything was stellar! Office staff are friendly and the office is clean and modern. This visit felt very old school in the sense that I felt seen and heard and not rushed. Haven’t experienced or felt this way about a provider in many years and I would highly recommend this practice.

Joanna is the most caring and supportive PCP I have ever had. I have Neurological Lyme Disease and she is the only practitioner in 12 yrs that has truly LISTENED to my crazy medical case history and actually expressed the positive attributes she noticed in me. Most have belittled me due to their unwavering disbelief in chronic Lyme. I have only seen her a few times but I can finally take a deep sigh in knowing that my search for a caring, proactive and engaging medical professional is over. Her staff is also a pleasure to talk to. I cannot recommend her enough if you are in search for a new PCP.

Beachfront Clinic has the most caring staff that sit and listen to your concerns and explains things so that one can understand fully and comprehend their diagnosis s and instructions on how to deal with any circumstances that arise. It is so nice to finally have a primary care team that I and my husband can fully trust putting our lives in their hands without worries. Joanna is amazing. She spent an hour with me my first visit as psych doctor and got all my background information. Above all that, the warmth and comfort you feel. You’re safe to open up to her. She can prescribe medicine if she sees fit , just in case you’re wondering. She listens to your concerns and goes from there. All in all. Just super convenient. Super friendly. Super caring. What else could you ask for? If you don’t have a psych doctor or a primary doctor Joanna is the one to go to. Perfect location for anyone in lewes or Rehoboth or any surrounding areas. Had a psychological clearance for weight loss surgery. The staff were great and the appointment was laid back and made me feel extremely comfortable. Will be back for a 6 month follow up post surgery and am looking forward to it.

As usual she is smiling and very nice then I saw the new nurse Kim( if I got the wrong name sorry) she asks you general questions like what meds you take etc. also very nice and pleasant then you Dr.Joanne she is also smiling she asks how your doing she actually listens to you and looks at you when your talking she takes her time and let's you talk I can talk forever as she makes you feel comfortable it's almost like it's not a Dr'soffice I usually get nervous going to the Doctors but not there it's my 2nd visit there I actually enjoying going there how many people can say that ? With depression still not resolved, Joanna prescribed an additional medication. The improvement has been remarkable!

The NP was very kind and sensitive to my complex medical history as a new patient. I was able to schedule a follow up appt just a few days later to continue understanding my current needs. She is the first physician who actually wanted to read and review the 11 yr medical history I had created. I've seen over 22 different medical professionals over the past 11 years and she is one of only a select few who believed me. So often I have been belittled by various Specialists who just didn't believe there is such a thing as Chronic Lyme Disease. I highly recommend Joanna Robertson N.P. if you are in need of a PCP who actually listens and cares about her patients.

Joanna is the best. She listens and is very attentive to all concerns you may have.

She is very attentive. Does not rush you through your appointment. She listens to everything you need to talk about. She is very caring.

She asked a lot of questions then examined me. I had been sick for a week within 24 hours after taking the medication she prescribed I was 90% better. She is a great observer of the whole person.

I feel like it’s always a little frightening when you go into a new doctors office you never really know what to expect. The girls in the office were wonderful. I was in the area and didn’t have an appointment and stopped by the office to ask Michelle if they had any appointment in the near future. Dr. Robertson was kind enough to see me for a short time to confirm that I did indeed have a sinus infection and gave me an antibiotic to help me. I absolutely would recommend Beach Front Internal Medicine to anyone who needs a family doctor! Everyone in there is friendly and helpful, they are looking out for your over all health and truly are wanting the best for you not just there to take your money!

She is wonderful after the provider I had for years retired I really didn’t think that I would find another one that would understand me. I’ve lived here for 20 years. Recently I became very ill and was struggling to find a physician that would take the time to listen and really go through my medical needs in more than 30 min. Dr. Robertson, greeted me kindly, listened to my needs, reviewed all of my medical history with me, created a plan including my input. This type of care is rare in our area and I consider myself lucky to have found this practice. With limited mental health resources in the area the ability to have one stop shopping and total mind and body support is incredibly helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for serious medical care in a spa like environment.
