Had my first appointment for my annual physical with Joanna Robertson today and I am very happy to have found her! I decided to leave my current provider due to it feeling too much like a big business and difficulty getting appointments in a timely manner. With Joanna’s office, everything was stellar! Office staff are friendly and the office is clean and modern. This visit felt very old school in the sense that I felt seen and heard and not rushed. Haven’t experienced or felt this way about a provider in many years and I would highly recommend this practice.

Joanna is the most caring and supportive PCP I have ever had. I have Neurological Lyme Disease and she is the only practitioner in 12 yrs that has truly LISTENED to my crazy medical case history and actually expressed the positive attributes she noticed in me. Most have belittled me due to their unwavering disbelief in chronic Lyme. You walk in an see Michelle at the front desk to say I'm here! As usual she is smiling and very nice then I saw the new nurse Kim( if I got the wrong name sorry) she asks you general questions like what meds you take etc. also very nice and pleasant then you Dr.Joanne she is also smiling she asks how your doing she actually listens to you and looks at you when your talking she takes her time and let's you talk I can talk forever as she makes you feel comfortable it's almost like it's not a Dr'soffice I usually get nervous going to the Doctors but not there it's my 2nd visit there I actually enjoying going there how many people can say that ? And they all like what they do and are always happy! If you don't like going to the Doctor you'll love this group try them out!!

Joanna Robertson, as my mental health care provider, is extremely dedicated to my well being. During sessions, she takes her time, values my input. Together we arrive at the next step. Finding Dr. Robertson--who does both--was a perfect "one stop shop." Her kindness, patience, and expertise in both areas were some of the few perks that made the experience beyond 5 stars. With depression still not resolved, Joanna prescribed an additional medication. The improvement has been remarkable!

The NP was very kind and sensitive to my complex medical history as a new patient. I was able to schedule a follow up appt just a few days later to continue understanding my current needs. She is the first physician who actually wanted to read and review the 11 yr medical history I had created. I've seen over 22 different medical professionals over the past 11 years and she is one of only a select few who believed me. So often I have been belittled by various Specialists who just didn't believe there is such a thing as Chronic Lyme Disease. I highly recommend Joanna Robertson N.P. if you are in need of a PCP who actually listens and cares about her patients.
