I will the 1st to recommend Mrs Robertson to any and all in need of her impeccable skills and service. Her impressive knowledge, kindness and listening skills have truly endeared her to me. She has always been able to accommodate my most difficult of schedules by making it easy for me to arrange tele-visits, even as late as 4 pm on a Friday. Mrs Robertson and her staff have consistently gone beyond the call of duty, even filling my prescriptions on weekends and holidays(if my pharmacy was open). I feel as though I’m her only patient whether I’m in-office or elsewhere as in tele-visits. I trust her completely as her dedication to me, her patient, is unmatched.

My experience with Dr. Robertson was very comforting. As a new patient she make me feel like I had been going to her for years. Not only did she question my overall health, she asked about my family. As I get older and after several years undergoing cancer care & treatment I feel like I’m experiencing more small issues and worries. After visiting with Johanna I walked away not only feeling worry free but more importantly safe. She takes the time to address ALL your concerns, tests & scans. You feel listened to & understood. I have a medical background and understand a lot but she points out things, explains why she’s ok with this is that result and you get a better understanding of everything. It’s hard to explain but when I walked in I was worried when I walked out I felt safe putting my healthcare in her hands. Something I hadn’t felt in many years. She’s friendly & positive and the practice has many other benefits as they are using very modern computer software and when you are prescribed medication your scripts go straight to the pharmacy and you even get texts with discounts available for your meds to use when you pick up the scripts ( this may not be for every med but if available) my tests were sent directly to lab & hospital & the hospital called me to set up my echo. I was nervous leaving my life long doctor when I moved here permanently and the only thing I regret is not finding Johanna sooner. She’s absolutely outstanding- as is her staff.

When my doctor of 18 years decided to leave Beebe, I had to scramble to find a new doctor. This was not an easy task. Many doctors are not accepting new patients. I ended up with a really bad doctor who cut me off a medicine that had been helping me for over 20years. I was desperate to find a better doctor who cared about my well being. Johanna is my psychiatrist. This visit was my first yearly physical, now that I switched to her to be my PC. She was extremely thorough. She ordered tests and lab work that my previous physician neglected to do for 2025. This the practice I have been looking for, a primary care provider that will handle annual well checks, well woman check ups, and medication management. Kudos to this business model that treats the whole patient without having to juggle multiple providers.

Short wait! This was my first visit to Dr. Joanne. She was friendly and professional asking about my health in the past and different surgeries I have had. She additionally asked how I was feeling presently and if I had any questions for her.

Johanna is perhaps the best PCP I've had in my life. She takes the time to go through anything and everything about your health and what you're experiencing. After the visit, you go home and there's an email from her explaining in detail what she went over with you. I also love the way she challenges me to get better at what I'm trying to accomplish, whether it be blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, diet or whatever, she's giving you something to get better at all the time, and being a man, we love challenges, and I understand the psychology of it. I have been searching for a PCP for 4 yrs after moving here. I have chronic Lyme disease and couldn't find a single n provider who understood my disease or believed such a disease even existed. ( unbelievable). I needed knee surgery but the surgeon wouldn't operate until I was medically cleared by a pcp. Thankfully, a receptionist at that office told me about Joanna. I was able to get an appointment easily. She and her staff are among the most caring people i have met in the medical profession. Joanna even gave me an appt. on her day off when I was in a personal crisis situation that was affecting my health. Who else would do that?? Joanna, and her staff, Michelle and Pat are attentive and good listeners. I'm particularly impressed at two things. First, the proactive follow up. Second, Joanna's genuine caring disposition while going through my annual tests result. Very comforting.

My 1st visit with Joanna went very smoothly. I was a little anxious coming in and Joanna put me right at ease. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I was not rushed and felt that we were working together on my health plan.

Great Joanna great person

Had my first appointment for my annual physical with Joanna Robertson today and I am very happy to have found her! I decided to leave my current provider due to it feeling too much like a big business and difficulty getting appointments in a timely manner. With Joanna’s office, everything was stellar! Office staff are friendly and the office is clean and modern. This visit felt very old school in the sense that I felt seen and heard and not rushed. Haven’t experienced or felt this way about a provider in many years and I would highly recommend this practice.

First thing Monday morning they called and invited me in to be seen. I was assessed shortly after arriving. Didn’t have to wait long. Joanna is the most caring and supportive PCP I have ever had. I have Neurological Lyme Disease and she is the only practitioner in 12 yrs that has truly LISTENED to my crazy medical case history and actually expressed the positive attributes she noticed in me. Most have belittled me due to their unwavering disbelief in chronic Lyme. I have only seen her a few times but I can finally take a deep sigh in knowing that my search for a caring, proactive and engaging medical professional is over. Her staff is also a pleasure to talk to. I cannot recommend her enough if you are in search for a new PCP.

Dr. Robertson, "Joanna" as she prefers to be called is one of the best physicians that are practicing here in the state of Delaware. Beachfront Clinic has the most caring staff that sit and listen to your concerns and explains things so that one can understand fully and comprehend their diagnosis s and instructions on how to deal with any circumstances that arise. It is so nice to finally have a primary care team that I and my husband can fully trust putting our lives in their hands without worries.
